Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.10.2015, by holding enquiry into the matter and cancel the deed of settlement in Document No.1425/2015 dated 25.08.2015 on the file of the second respondent herein. ORDER

By consent of both parties, the present writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Seeking to cancel the document, which is a deed of Settlement in Document No.1425/2015, dated 25.08.2015, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents 1 and 2. As the said request has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. The competent authority to look into the said complaint is the District Registrar (Administration). Therefore, the present Writ petition stands disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the said authority to redress his grievances. As and when the said representation is given by the petitioner, the said authority shall look into the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law. No costs.
