This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the 1/5

investigation pending before the 2nd respondent Police in Crime No.88 of 2022 to CBI or CBCID or by appropriate authority as this Court deem fit in the proper in the circumstances of the case.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that investigation in this case is completed and final report was filed and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.13 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Udagamandalam.
