Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to modify the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.1039 of 2014 dated 6.6.2014 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, by modifying " to execute personal own bond or family card by the petitioner to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore", instead of "the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or on his surrender before the Judge, Special Court for TNPID Act Cases, Coimbatore on or before 20.06.2014 failing which the petition shall stand dismissed automatically and on such arrest or surrender the petitioner are ordered to be enlarged on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.
50,000/- with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of Judge Special Court for TNPID Act Cases, Coimbatore and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders and on further condition that he shall make available himself or interrogation as and when required by the investigation officer and on failure of the petitioner to comply with the conditions regularly, the anticipatory bail granted to him shall stand automatically cancelled and the petition is allowed."

O R D E R
While granting bail to the petitioner, the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore Division at Coimbatore, in Crl.M.P.No.1039 of 2014, by order dated 6.6.2014, directed the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner to comply with certain conditions. The said conditions are that the petitioner has to execute a bond for Rs.50,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Judge, Special Court for TNPID Act, Cases, Coimbatore, and further on condition that he should report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am., until further orders and thereafter make available himself for interrogation as and when required by the Investigation Officer. Subsequently, by order dated 25.06.2014, time was extended by one week to comply with the said conditions. Inspite of that, the petitioner has not complied with the said conditions and this petition has been filed to modify the said conditions.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).
3. Considering the submissions on either side, I am not inclined to modify the said conditions, however, I am of the opinion that time may be extended for comply with the said conditions imposed on the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner is granted four weeks time from today, finally, to comply with the conditions imposed on him by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore Division at Coimbatore, in Crl.M.P.No.1039 of 2014, by order dated 6.6.2014, which was subsequently extended by one week by order dated 25.06.2014. It is made clear that no further time will be granted thereafter.
