2. The petitioner would state that he is a Senior Tractor Driver in the office of the Assistant Executive Engineer, Agriculture Engineering Department, Lalgudi, Trichy District. By an order of the first respondent dated 03.06.2015 he was transferred from Assistant Executive Engineer, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Agriculture Engineering, Lalgudi to Assistant Executive Engineer, Agriculture Engineering Department, Palani. Since the petitioners' family is residing 300 kms away from Palani, he submitted a representation to the first respondent on 03.10.2015 seeking retransfer, which was not considered till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
3. Heard the submissions of Mr.R.Sreedharan,learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.M.E.Raniselvam, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4.This Court on consideration of the limited scope of prayer sought for in this writ petition and without going into the merits of the case directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 03.10.2015 and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
