2. Dr.Fr.A.Xavier Arul Raj, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners submitted that in paragraph-4, it has been mentioned that in the case of V.Geethamani, the petitioner in W.P.No.20235/2008, instead of granting approval from the date of her original appointment on 10.8.2008, the approval was accorded only from 18.09.2005, thereby depriving salary for 1 year, 8 months and 17 days, instead of in the case of V.Geethamani, the petitioner in W.P.No.20235/2008, instead of granting approval from the date of her original appointment on 10.8.2005, the approval was accorded only from 16.09.2007, thereby depriving salary for 2 years, 1 month and 6 days. Similarly, in paragraph-10, it has been mentioned that Fifthly, V.Geethamani, the petitioner in W.P.No.20235/2008, her appointment in the post of Physical Education Teacher has to be approved w.e.f. 10.08.2008 instead of 18.09.2005, instead of Fifthly, V.Geethamani, the petitioner in W.P.No.20235/2008, her appointment in the post of Physical Education 1/4
Teacher has to be approved w.e.f. 10.08.2005 instead of 16.09.2007. In support of his submissions, the learned Senior Counsel also brought to the notice of the Court the original appointment order dated 10.8.2005 and the approval order dated 18.9.2007 enclosed at pages 3 & 11 of the typedset filed along with the main writ petition. Secondly, the learned Senior Counsel submitted that the name of the petitioner in W.P.No.20236/2008 has been wrongly mentioned as A.Shanthi, instead of A.Santhi in the main writ petition, due to the mistake committed by the office of the counsel on record. Hence, the name of the petitioner in W.P.No.20236/2008 has to be corrected as A.Santhi instead of A.Shanthi in paragraphs 4 & 10 of the common order.
3. Mr.R.Syed Mustafa, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 5, after perusing carefully the documents, also expressed his no objection for rectifying the inadvertent typographical errors occurred in paragraphs 4 & 10 of the common order dated 25.4.2019 passed in the writ petitions in respect of the petitioners.
