This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to provide the seperate vehicle token to the petitioner to an extent of 541.56 Sq.ft for the Shop No. J-112 situated at Periyar Vegetable Market at KWMC Market Vegetable Market, KWMC, Koyambedu, Chennai, on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 05.10.2020. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the complaint given by the petitioner on 05.10.2020 and to take action against the second respondent.

Heard Mr.M.Raja Sekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Velmurugan, learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the complaint/representation made by the petitioner on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

05.10.2020 and call the petitioner and the second respondent for enquiry and a final decision shall be taken within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
