This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction second respondent to comply with the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Mannargudi in Crl.M.P.No.861 of 2023 dated 23.01.2023 filed under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and FIR has been registered in Crime No.408 of 2023. The same is pending investigation.
