ORDER

This matter falls within a short compass.

Mr.Mathusudanan, who accepts notice for R1 to R4, accedes to the receipt of petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2024. Therein, the petitioner has sought cancellation of electricity service connection obtained by R5 in a bore well in Punjai Survey no. 248/3DPatta No.7446, situated at Mallakunda Village, Natrampalli Taluk, Tirupathur District.

In light of the fact that petitioner's representation is admittedly pending, notice will be issued by R4 to petitioner as well as to R5, enquiry caused, any other necessary parties also heard and orders passed in accordance with law and all applicable rules and regulations, within a period of four weeks from today. 4.

Writ petition stands disposed in terms of this order. No costs.
