Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to raise the order of attachment of the immovable property morefully described in the schedule hereunder dated 18.02.2003 made in Application No.4366 of 2001, and communicate the order to the Sub Registrar, Udhagamandalam as to record the order raising the attachment in his records. This application coming on this day before this court for hearing in the presence of Mr.S.Ravichandran, Advocate for the Applicant herein, and Mr.R.Umashankar for M/s.Sri and Shankar Associates, Advocates for the respondent herein and upon reading the Judges Summons and the Affidavit of D.Suguna filed herein and the order dated 18.02.2003 made in A.No.4366 of 2001, It is ordered as follows: That the order of attachment granted in pursuance of the order dated 18.02.2003 made in A.No.4366 of 2001 attaching the immovable property morefully setout in the schedule hereunder, be and is hereby raised.

Schedule of Property All that piece and parcel of land in the Registration District of Udhagamandalm, in the Udhagamandalam Sub Registrar's Office, R.S.No.2732/2B, Udhagamandalam Town, Nilgris District, to an extent of 48.5 Cents, bounded on the North by : Land bearing R.S.No.732/1, belonging to Chandra Textiles Limited, East by : Land bearing R.S.No.2731/1;

South by : Boat House Road;

West by : Land Bearing R.S.No.2732/2A belonging to Mr.G.Rangaswamy.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the matter has been settled between the parties. Hence, prayed for raising the attachment ordered by this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for allowing this application.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel, the Order of attachment has to be raised and this application is Ordered accordingly.

5. The Registry is directed to communicate the Order of raising the attachment to the concerned Registrar.
