O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to respondents to provide adequate security and police protection to the petitioner's company in the nature and circumstances of the case and in the interests of justice, equity and good conscience.

2. Today when the matter is called, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions, submitted that there is police force in and around the petitioner's company and therefore the personal police protection may not be required. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he is satisfied with the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, the petitioner made a request that liberty may be granted to him to approach the concerned police, in case personal police protection for his premise is required.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the first respondent police, in case of any exigency, for which purpose, he shall make a representation and on receipt of such representation, the first respondent shall endeavor to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
