(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the petitioner states that yesterday action was taken to remove the encroachments, but the debris still remains.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader states that the debris shall also be removed within a period of seven days and it shall be ensured that no re-encroachment is permitted.

3. The aforesaid statement is taken on record.
