CRL.M.P.NO.8172 OF 2017 IN CRL.A.SR.NO.47133 OF 2016 N.AUTHINATHAN,J.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 223 days in representing the Appeal against the judgment passed in C.C.No.2538 of 2011 dated 22.08.2016 on the file of the learned Fast Track Court Magisterial Level No.I, Egmore, the petitioner/appellant is before this Court with this Miscellaneous Petition.

2. This Court satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any reference to this Court.

3. Registry is directed to number the Appeal on production of proof of payment by the petitioner and list the same in regular course.
