Since the Look Out Circular (LOC) in bearing No.2011411682 dated 20.08.2011 which was renewed on 26.12.2016 has lapsed on 22.12.2017, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to refrain from causing any disturbance to the petitioner herein by quoting above said LOC on 20.08.2011. Consequently, the petitioner is at liberty to travel in and out of the Country without reference to the said LOC.

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered accordingly.
