Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased (i) To relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1/2015 in Crl.R.C.No.174/2015 dated 22.04.2015 by this Honble High Court. Crl.M.P.No.8173 of 2017 (ii) To relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1/2015 in Crl.R.C.No.175/2015 dated 22.04.2015 by this Honble High Court. Crl.M.P.No.8174 of 2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.M.SHANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. R.SEKAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- These petitions are filed seeking for relaxation of the conditional order passed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.RC.No.

174 of 2015 dated 22.04.2015 and in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.R.C.No.175 of 2015 dated 22.04.2015 and the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditional order regularly without fail, hence the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks relaxation of this Court order dated 22.04.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would also submit, on instructions that the petitioner have been complying with the conditional order till date without any default.

3. Recording the submissions made on both sides that the petitioner is complying with the conditional order dated 22.04.2015 for more than two years, this Court feels that the said condition imposed on the petitioner can be relaxed at this juncture.
