ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to transfer the the case in S.T.C.No.328 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.I, (Fast Track Court), Erode, Erode District to the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Salem, Salem District.

2. It is brought to my notice that the proceedings of the trial court was posted on 16.02.2018 for pronouncing the Judgement. At this stage, it would not be appropriate for this Court to transfer this proceedings. Furthermore, there is no sufficient reason adduced in the petition to effect transfer.

3. In view of the above, I do not find any merits in the present petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
