K.Ramachandran v. State, Represented By
Crl.M.P.No.8299 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11505 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA , J.
The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned".
2. This Court, while allowing Crl.O.P.No.11505 of 2023 on 18.05.2023 had directed the petitioner to appear before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu within a period of two weeks from 18.05.2023 and to file a petition to recall NBW already issued against him. The petitioner had filed Crl.MP.No.8299 of 2023 seeking extension of time and this Court on 20.06.2023, had extended time for a period of two weeks. However, the mistake has crept in the order stating that the petitioner shall execute the sureties before the concerned Court. Hence, this matter is posted for clarification today.
3. In view of the typographical error that has crept in the order in Crl.MP.No.8299 of 2023 dated 20.06.2023 shall be read as follows: "Two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court to comply https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
