O R D E R
The petitioner is carrying on business in the name and style of ''M/s.Green Rose Family Saloon and Spa'' at No.2/B, Dhandeeswaram Main Road, Velachery, Chennai - 600 042. The writ petition has been filed apprehending interference at the hands of the respondents while the petitioner is involving with lawful activities.
2. Though the matter is adjourned on the last two occasions, even today, there are no instructions forthcoming from the respondents. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of in the similar lines of the order as passed in W.P.Nos.24700 to 24702 of 2015 dated 14.8.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. This Court on 14.8.2015 has passed an order in W.P.No.24700 to 24702 of 2015 as under:
''All the writ petitions have been filed based upon the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petitions that the petitioners' business is being interfered with by the respondents.
2. When the matter is taken up, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that there is no such interference as alleged by the petitioners. It is further submitted that as long as the petitioners do their business lawfully, the respondents would not interfere with the same.
3. Recording the above said stand of the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ petitions stand disposed of accordingly. However, this Court will not stand in the way of taking appropriate action in the event of the petitioners indulging in any unlawful or illegal activities. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.''
4. Considering the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the Order dated 14.8.2015 in W.P.Nos.24700 to 24702 of 2015. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
