This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order in No.m5/2709/2021 dated 29.04.2022 passed by the first respondent.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that already entire case bundle was handed over to the petitioner with change of vakalath. So far the petitioner failed to engage any counsel on their behalf. Today, when the matter is called, neither the petitioner nor any counsel entered appearance before this Court. It shows that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the case.
