This petition is filed under Section 378 (4) Cr.P.C, to grant leave to the petitioner to file the above appeal against the judgment dated 11.04.2023 passed in C.C.No.521/2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level-II, Coimbatore, acquitting the respondent.

2. Heard Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the trial Court had acquitted the accused on the ground that the complaint itself premature.
