Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, Govt's Counsel Order This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents particularly the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2026 and to transfer the TSLR patta in favour of the petitioner for the land comprised in ward No.3, Block No.27, Town Survey No.1208 measuring an extent of 1168.5 square meters, together with all buildings and structures thereon.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation dated 10.02.2026 seeking to mutate the TSLR patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the property comprised in ward No.3, Block No.27, Town Survey No.1208 measuring an extent of 1168.5 square meters, together with all buildings and structures thereon. However, the said representation was not considered by the respondents. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government's Counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2026 will be considered and disposed of within a period of eight weeks.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government's Counsel appearing for the respondents. 5.Considering the submission made by both parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2026, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
