Certificate and Community Certificate to the petitioner. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have issued Community Certificate and as such, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition as having become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the endorsement and submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
