Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus, calling for the entire records from the 1st respondent made in Ref.No.RP 58/2013 D2 dated 23.06.2014 and the order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 15.06.2015 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with continuity, full back wages and all other attendant benefits and other benefits.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has sought permission of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appeal to the Secretary to the Government under Section 114 of the H.R.&C.E.Act. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also in view of the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file appeal as prayed for within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
