C.M.P.No.13086 of 2019 in A.S.SR.No.73196 of 2019 P.T.ASHA.J., The above application has been filed for condoning the delay of 23 days in filing the appeal. Substituted service through publication was ordered to the respondent by the order of this Court dated 11.03.2020.

2. The learned Counsel for the appellant has also submitted the proof of taking out publication.

3. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the application and accordingly, this application is allowed and the delay of 23 days is condoned.
