This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.283 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Nammakkal.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police submits that in this case, investigation has been completed, charge sheet has already been filed and the trial has been commenced on 13.11.2022.

3. In view of the completion of the investigation and filing of charge sheet, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the petitioner is at liberty to participate in the trial and raise all the points which he made in this petition and contest the case.
