This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 484 days in filing the above criminal appeal against the judgment passed in CC.No.284 of 2019 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Sendurai, Ariyalur District dated 22.08.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 484 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
