This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to file FIR against the second and third respondents on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 05.01.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first Respondent.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 05.01.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed as civil in nature on 08.01.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
