This petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.505 of 2018, on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to workout his remedy before the Court below by filing a discharge petition and that the petitioner does not want to prosecute this petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the presence of the petitioner shall be dispensed with by the Court below.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the Court below in accordance with law. The petitioner shall also file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate petition before the Court below to dispense with his appearance and that shall be considered by the Court below in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
