ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Section 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.622 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the defacto complainant were neighbours. Due to previous enmity, the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant with wooden log and abused in filthy language. Hence, the defacto complainant made a complaint against the petitioner.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that there are four previous cases against the petitioner which are similar in nature. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This Court perused its careful consideration to the submissions advanced by the learned counsel on either side and considering the four previous cases pending over the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. -sd/- 24/08/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
