This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to survey the petitioner's land in survey No.109/11B in patta No.3002, situated at Vangudi Village, Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property was inherited by him by way of a registered Settlement Deed dated 25.07.2012 and the Revenue authorities also issued manual patta in his favour. It is the grievance of the 2/5

petitioner that he has made an online application on 07.03.2024, to survey the said property and demarcate its boundaries. However, the same has not been considered. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 07.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application for survey of the property and demarcate the boundaries after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
