Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the E-Tender notification under reference No.RC.No.527/2013-14/D dated 02.09.2013 and the consequential proceeding of Award of Contract dated 30.12.2013 of the 1st respondent and to quash the same so far as the 2nd respondent is concerned in respect serial no.5,6,8,11,12 & 13 of the Award of Contract dated 30.12.2013 consequently direct the 1st respondent to declare the petitioner herein to be the successful bidder in the said tender and award the contract for supply of burnt stone lime for the six(6) sugar mills for the serial no.5, 6, 8, 11, 12 & 13 contained as given in the Award the contract dated 30.12.2013 to the petitioner for which the petitioner has offered the least price bid(L1).
