ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein the Inspector of Police, K-9, T.V.K Nagar Police Station, Chennai District to register F.I.R., on the petitioner's complaint in C.S.R.No.205/2016 dated 13.07.2016.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed as two separate cases had been registered against the opposite party on the complaint given by one Mr.Tamilvanan in Cr.No.640 of 2016 and Mr.Kandasamy in Cr.No.646 of 2016 for offence under Section 75 of the Tamil Nadu City Police Act, 1888.
