Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's Appeal Petition dated 12.07.2021 and promote the petitioner to the post of HETO in consonance with the G.O.Ms.No.283 dated 26.02.2007 which was passed in pursuance to the order of this Court in W.P.No.7801 of 2005 dated 12.12.2006.
