(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.08.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c) r/w 20(b0) (ii) (B), 25, 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.3794 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration in the morning, there was no representation for the petitioner and thereby the matter was posted in the afternoon. Even now, there is no representation for the petitioner. It is a case of possession of commercial quantity of Hashish oil.

3.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for non prosecution.
