The report of the Mediator dated 05.01.2015 shows that while the learned counsels appeared, the parties stopped appearing. Thus, the mediation process could not go on.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent states that the parties have mutually settled the disputes and the respondent is awaiting payment. This appears to be the reason that the petitioner has stopped appearing before this Court.

3. The Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
