ORDER
The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Deputy Superintendent of Police Category - I, pursuant to the notification of the second respondent vide Advertisement No.257 dated 29.12.2010. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that the selection process was already over and the candidature of the petitioner was not considered, which has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
