Ms.M.Swetha, learned representing counsel appearing on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had circulated a letter dated 09.04.2026 addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court, Madras stating that she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

2. By submitting as above, the learned counsel for the petitioner has placed before this Court, the said letter that has been handed over to her by the petitioner and has also made an endorsement in the bundle to the above effect.

3. In view of the aforesaid letter dated 09.04.2026 and the desire made on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
