ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register F.I.R., in connection with the complaint dated 21.07.2016 for the offence under Sections 485, 471, 420, 418, 423, 424 & 405 I.P.C., on the file of the respondent Police.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the petitioner's complaint, the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R. No.165/2016, before the respondent.

Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
