Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent police to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family and ensure out of danger from the 2nd respondent and her hooligans and grant such other relief.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for police protection.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent entered into a lease agreement with the petitioner and received a sum of Rs.4,50,000/- towards advance amount. When the petitioner wanted to take possession of the property, she found that the second respondent had already let out the property to some other person. Therefore, the petitioner sought for refund of the advance amount and the advance amount was not refunded and on the other hand the petitioner was threatened.

3. The petitioner has given a complaint before the respondent police and the same has been taken on file in CSR.No.479 of 2019.

4. The respondent police is directed to call the parties for enquiry. If a cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police shall proceed further in accordance with law and take action against the concerned persons.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a above direction.
