ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5554 of 2020 dated 11.03.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5554 of 2020 dated 11.03.2020 with some conditions. He further submitted that the cost has been paid in favour of the Cancer Institute.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the fact that the order has been passed on 11.03.2020, which was made ready on 03.06.2020, which was lapsed by efflux of time. Hence, the extension of time cannot be granted. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

application enclosing the cost memo already paid.
