O R D E R

This petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for the act of Contempt of Court for his disobedience of the order dated 19.12.2012 passed in M.P.No.2 of 2012 in W.P.No. 34244 of 2012.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order of this Court dated 19.12.2012 has been complied with and therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this contempt petition.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
