ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to revoke their order, dated 09.05.2014 dismissing the Petitioner from service in violation of the certified standing orders and the principles of natural justice and Article 21 of the Constitution and to reinstate him in service with continuity of service and all other attendant benefits and award costs.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the second respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the order of dismissal has been approved by the authority concerned. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
