Heard Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.R.Karunagaran, learned counsel for the first respondent, Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate, for the second respondent and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for respondents 3 and 4.

2. The learned counsel for the first respondent opposes the application for condonation of delay on the ground that no sufficient cause has been mentioned.

3. We have gone through the reasons given in the accompanying affidavit.

4. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 207 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of.

Place the appeal, after numbering if otherwise in order, for admission on 18.08.2023.
