When the case was taken up for hearing on 19.01.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner herein. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted today i.e., on 22.01.2018 under the caption "for dismissal".

2.Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through any counsel.

3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted that the relief sought for herein is to direct the respondent authorities to re-evaluate the petitioner's answer sheet pertaining to final year M.B.B.S examination held on August 2013 and the same does not survive at this distant point of time.

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
