ORDER

By consent of both parties, the present writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has made a representation on 28.09.2015 to the respondents, seeking to include her name and her daughter's name as the legal heirs of the deceased Thangavel. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The petitioner is said to be the wife of the son of the deceased Thangavel. As the said representation is still pending consideration, the petitioner has come forward to file the present writ petition.

3. Considering the above, a direction is issued to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 28.09.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4.

4. With the above direction, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
