PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent in BCDFGISSSV No. 07/2025 dated 05.04.2025 against the petitioner's husband Prasanth @ Venu male aged about 27 years, S/o. Murugesan, at present who is confined at central prison-II, Puzhal Chennai set aside the same and direct the respondent to produce the detenu before the court and set him at liberty. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.2836, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department, dated 19.05.2025, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.

2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
