By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.This writ petition is filed challenging the order of termination passed by the respondent/General Manager, Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Ltd., Trichy Region, Trichy. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to calamities in the family of the petitioner, the petitioner could not be able to file an appeal before the Managing Director within a period of limitation. It is further submitted that the order of dismissal was not yet approved by the Labour Commissioner.

4.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the Deputy Commissioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions is closed.
