Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to open the tender notification issued in Na.Ka.No.571/2017/E1, dated 05.12.2017 issued by the respondent.

ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to open the tender notification issued in Na.Ka.No.571/2017/E1, dated 05.12.2017 issued by the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the technical and the price bid would be opened on 07.02.2018. He has also produced a copy of the letter of the Commissioner, Villupuram Municipality, dated 30.01.2018 for perusal of this Court.
