It was pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that there was a typographic mistake in paragraph no.1 of the order dated 26.08.2021, which has to be corrected. 3.Accordingly, in paragraph no.1 of the said order, in the place where it is stated as ''O.S.No.140 of 2011'', it shall be read as ''O.S.No.140 of 2010''.

4. In all other aspects the order dated 26.08.2021 shall remain intact.
