3.The learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner has submitted that since the petitioner is 88 years old, she could not appear before the Court and depose evidence for obtaining succession certificate. Therefore, the present application has been filed seeking leave of this Court to permit the petitioner's Power of Attorney agent to appear and depose evidence before this Court on her behalf.

KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., dn 4.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this application, and after hearing the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner, this application is allowed. 5.Registry is directed to list the matter on 03.08.2022, before the learned Master for recording evidence through the Power of Attorney of the petitioner.
