ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1 to 3 respondents to provide Police protection to the petitioner from 4 to 11 respondents and take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.02.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner deposited a sum of Rs.36,00,000/- in M/s.Elfin E-Com Private Limited and Sparrow Global Trade Company. Private respondents asked about his 2/6

membership with aforesaid company, and then they themselves voluntarily joined as members of the said company. However, M/s.Elfin E-Com Private Limited and Sparrow Global Trade Company was closed. Petitioner lost the money deposited by him. Private respondents are now threatening the petitioner to return the money, else he would be murdered. Therefore, this petition.

3.In reply, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that petitioner deposited money in E M/s.Elfin E-Com Private Limited and Sparrow Global Trade Company. Later he obtained deposits from private respondents for the purpose of deposit with M/s.Elfin E-Com Private Limited and Sparrow Global Trade Company. After M/s.Elfin E-Com Private Limited and Sparrow Global Trade Company closed the business, the private respondents pressurized the petitioner to return the money. On the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 25.02.2023, enquiry is pending. 4.In the light of the facts narrated above, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2023 with regard to life threat made to the petitioner by the private respondents and pass appropriate orders in the manner known to law within a period of three 3/6

weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
